Next update coming this month will have "beta" AAC support. Beta because it won't have metadata and buffering might not be good... This is because the new stream engine for windows media supports aac but we haven't concentrated resources to make that work flawlessly... But the plan is to improve our own aac streamer which doesn't depend on Android media framework, thank God! :)

You can read the metadata coming from XiiaLive by listening to the following intent:
/**
* Broadcast sent out every time there is new metadata available.
* @Extra
* EXTRA_MEDIA_TRACK_TITLE <br>
* EXTRA_MEDIA_TRACK_ARTIST
*/
public final static String ACTION_NOTIFY_METADATA =
"com.vblast.xiialive.service.ACTION_NOTIFY_METADATA";

What particular scrobbler intents where you hopping us to support? Maybe we can implement them...
I actually got it but the logs where chopped... Could you try again reproducing the issue and capturing the logs? Make sure to send the email that the program prepares... If you copy paste it might chop the content...
Thanks!
This month we are releasing a new version of XiiaLive that will contain a new streaming engine in the "beta state" which will stream this links. ;)
What issues specifically are you having with AAC streaming?
What phone do you have and what version of Android is it running?
I'll check back after the new release this month. It should contain a couple fixes in this area.
Yes, it will! Will work on all Android devices. From 1.5 to higher versions of Android.
The link you provided is to a webpage not the actual stream... :( That is why it fails to be added as a favorite. I believe the next update coming out this month will make things run a lot smoother.... I'll check back once we release....
The log got chopped... you think you can email it to us? support@xiialive.com
Thanks!
